Richard Yaw Addo, Esq. is a seasoned legal practitioner and accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of cross-sectoral experience spanning corporate law, international trade, real estate, financial services, and hospitality. A dual-trained lawyer and economist, he holds an LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution and brings deep expertise in corporate advisory, investment consultancy, and complex legal negotiations. As Senior Partner at Gavel & Cross Ghana Ltd. and a General Practitioner at Fairfield’s Law Associates, Richard specializes in Banking and Finance Law, Taxation, Corporate Law, and International Investment Law, offering strategic legal counsel to clients across Africa and the Middle East.

In parallel with his legal practice, he is the Chief Executive Officer of TG Holdings Ghana Ltd., a thriving multi-industry conglomerate with a workforce of over 1,100 across West and Central Africa. Renowned for his visionary leadership, Richard has received global recognition, including a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Sir Anthony Ritossa Global Family Investment Summit. He is also a respected thought leader, advisor, and philanthropist, committed to delivering transformative legal and business solutions that drive sustainable growth and societal impact.

Reynold Twumasi Esq.

Senior Partner

A distinguished corporate and commercial legal expert with over 30 years of post-qualification experience spanning natural resources, energy, construction, environmental law, and international business transactions. He served as Head of Legal Services and Assets Protection for AngloGold Ashanti (Ghana), where he led strategic legal operations across Ghana and West Africa, delivering landmark reforms in litigation management, regulatory compliance, contract governance, and stakeholder engagement.

With advanced expertise in mergers and acquisitions, mining law, employment law, and cross-border transactions, he has a proven track record of shaping legal frameworks that drive operational efficiency and reduce risk. Currently a Consultant at Oseawuo Chambers & Co. and an adjunct law lecturer at Central University, he combines academic insight with hands-on legal strategy. A former company secretary and board trustee, he brings exceptional leadership, negotiation, and governance capabilities to every mandate. His qualifications include an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Houston, underscoring his global legal perspective.

Yaw Adjei Afram Esq.

A seasoned Legal Practitioner, Barrister, and Solicitor with 17 years of standing at the Ghana Bar, offering a solid foundation in litigation, legal advisory, and client advocacy. Trained at the esteemed Quist, Brown, Wontumi & Associates, where he completed his pupillage and was retained, he has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and dependable legal counsel. With academic grounding in both Law (LLB) and Sociology from the University of Ghana, he brings a well-rounded understanding of legal systems and social dynamics to his practice.

A committed member of the Ghana Bar Association in good standing, he is known for his analytical strength, courtroom acumen, and dedication to client service. Emma Akua Bulley Esq.

Currently the Managing Partner at De Madeiros & Associates, she advises clients across sectors including energy, banking, real estate, and insurance on complex legal matters, regulatory compliance, and high-value transactions. Known for her professionalism, precision, and results-driven approach, she has also served on the boards of the Bank of Ghana and Universal Merchant Bank, offering legal and corporate governance leadership at the highest level.

Yvette Schandorf-Woode, Esq.

Rashid is a highly accomplished professional with over 16 years of combined experience in law, accountancy, taxation, and financial management.
