A dual-trained lawyer and economist, he holds an LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution and brings deep expertise in corporate advisory, investment consultancy, and complex legal negotiations. As Senior Partner at Gavel & Cross Ghana Ltd. and a General Practitioner at Fairfield’s Law Associates, Richard specializes in Banking and Finance Law, Taxation, Corporate Law, and International Investment Law, offering strategic legal counsel to clients across Africa and the Middle East.
In parallel with his legal practice, he is the Chief Executive Officer of TG Holdings Ghana Ltd., a thriving multi-industry conglomerate with a workforce of over 1,100 across West and Central Africa. Renowned for his visionary leadership, Richard has received global recognition, including a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Sir Anthony Ritossa Global Family Investment Summit.
